Arsenal keen on Oxlade-Chamberlain

Arsenal are reportedly planning a surprise reunion with midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The 28-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Liverpool following his recurring injury problems and the player is keen on leaving in order to play regularly as per the Sun.

Oxlade-Chamberlain joined Liverpool back in 2017 for a fee of around £35 million and he made an instant impact at Anfield.

The England international held down a regular starting berth under Jurgen Klopp before a major injury blow and the midfielder has struggled ever since.

The likes of Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott are now ahead of him in the pecking order and leaving Liverpool would be the ideal option for him right now.

The Gunners could use some depth in the central midfield and it will be interesting to see if they can agree on a deal with the Reds to bring Oxlade-Chamberlain back to the club.

Spurs eyeing Weston McKennie and Dejan Kulusevski

Meanwhile, Tottenham director Fabio Paratici is plotting a double raid on his former club when the January transfer window opens via Teamtalk.

Apparently, the Londoners are keen on Weston McKennie and Dejan Kulusevski.

Kulusevski has had a mixed spell at the Italian club since his €40 million move and the Londoners will look to sign him on a loan deal with an obligation to buy.

As far as McKennie is considered, the United States international could cost around €20 million and he is reportedly a target for West Ham as well.

Paratici knows all about the midfielder having signed him for Juventus and it remains to be seen whether he can pull off the double deal in the coming months.
