Spurs enquire about Ramsey ahead of a potential summer signing

Tottenham have been shockingly linked with Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who is also closely monitored by Liverpool.

Juve have deemed the Welsh midfielder as transferrable as they are planning for a summer overhaul after what is already proving to be a whirlwind season – sitting ten points off the leaders Inter Milan and a premature Champions League exit.

Ramsey, who left behind an almost great legacy at Arsenal, has struggled for form since his transfer to Turin. He has made 12 appearances this season and still hasn’t nailed down his position as a regular. It will be a surprising move if he opts to return to North London.

Tottenham join Everton in race to sign Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey According to reports from Italian media outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Juventus are looking to offload a few players in the summer to free up the space for new additions and could sell Ramsey this summer

Mourinho is his worst enemy, claims Kevin Phillips.

Former Sunderland player Kevin Phillips has taken a swipe at Spurs boss Jose Mourinho, stating that the Portuguese gaffer himself is his worst enemy.

Phillips also pointed out the Mourinho’s frequent changes in the starting line up has been his biggest issue this season. Perhaps, Spurs has struggled a lot this season and their chances of securing Champions League qualification look far off at the moment.

“With Tottenham, it’s the inconsistency. In terms of team selection and Mourinho swapping and changing nearly every game, there’s no consistency there.

“He’s not afraid to make big decisions and he’s earned the right to do that because of what he’s done in his career.

“No matter what Mourinho does he’s always going to get people making comments about him, whether they’re right or wrong.”

Jose Mourinho: I don't think anybody is going to discuss the rocket science with the guys from NASA, but everyone around the world things they can discuss Football with one of the most important managers in the game.
