Inter Milan have waited for over a decade to get their hands on the Scudetto, and they have finally managed to do it this season.

Antonio Conte has helped them break Juventus’s domination in the Italian League. The former Juventus manager continues to prove that he is one of the finest minds in football management.

Inter were struggling to secure European qualification when he took over at the club, and now they have won the Scudetto with a considerable lead.

He did a similar job during his time at Stamford Bridge, and he helped Chelsea win the Premier League title in 2017, after a season where they finished outside the top eight.

The Italian is exceptional at rebuilding sides, and he certainly knows what it takes to win a League title.

According to Conte, he likes to train the minds of his players first and then train their legs. His players claim that training under him is like a war zone, and there is no holding back.

The players’ mental fortitude is evident this year and the way they have bounced back from last season’s disappointment. Inter finished second in Serie A and lost the Europa League final to Sevilla previous campaign.

“Training is a war zone,” said forward Romelu Lukaku. “The coach doesn’t like it when you hold back.”

“Van Gaal was a rules freak. Mourinho has no other love than victory,” said Darmian.

“But Conte has the most ideas among them. Tactically he’s a gear forward.”

During his time as the Juventus manager, he helped rebuild the club following relegation. He laid the foundations of the dynasty that has dominated Italian football for over a decade now. He won three titles with them between 2012 and 2014.

At Inter Milan, the manager has not only developed a winning strategy, but he has also managed to develop the all-round game of his key players as well.

Romelu Lukaku, for example, has come on leaps and bounds, and the Belgian is certainly one of the best players in the world right now.

Furthermore, he has been diligent with his signings.

It will be interesting to see if Antonio Conte can go on and build a dynasty at Inter Milan now.
