Manchester United picked up a 2-1 win over LASK in the Europa League knockouts today.

Goals from Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard sealed the victory for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.

LASK did well to keep United in the check today but the Premier League side managed to find a way in the end.

United had won the first leg 5-0 and they have won the tie 7-1 on aggregate. Solskjaer will be pleased with the result tonight and it will be interesting to see how United perform in the next stage of the competition.

Wiesinger had given the away side a surprise lead in the second half but the hosts managed to fight back and get the win.

The Red Devils will be back in the Champions league next year and they will be looking to finish the season in style now. Winning the UEFA Europa League would be a fantastic end to their season.

With the teams left in the competition, United will surely be one of the favorites to go all the way.

With the likes of Greenwood, Martial and Rashford in red hot form, the Premier League side will fancy their chances. Plus, Bruno Fernandes has been unplayable in the midfield at times this season.

If United can keep it tight at the back, they will have a great chance of winning the trophy this summer.
