Juventus tipped to sign Euro 2020 winner, Kulusevski could be sold for a new striker

Lorenzo Insigne-Napoli

Juventus tipped to sign top-class Serie A forward

Former goalkeeper Fernando Orsi believes that Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne would be a good signing for Juventus.

Insigne, who won Euro 2020 with Italy, has been linked with an exit from Partenopei, with his contract expiring next summer.

Orsi claims that Insigne would fit in at Max Allegri’s system and could struggle at Juve’s rivals Inter Milan.

The former keeper said (h/t Juve FC): “It would be convenient for Juventus in 4-3-3, but also for Roma and Lazio could do well. In short, in all the teams that play with the outside.

“I don’t see him as a second striker at Inter, then since the players are attracted to money they can also go to teams where they are tactically less useful but where they earn a lot of money.”

The 30-year-old continues to be one of the best forwards in Serie A, having been involved in 9 goals for Luciano Spalletti’s side this season.

Kulusevski could be sold for a new striker

Dejan Kulusevski has struggled for game time this season, with the Swedish youngster seeming to be not in the plans of Allegri.

As per Juve FC, Kulusevski could find himself in the chopping block, with the Old Lady scouring the market for a new striker.

Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic is a top target but Juve would have to battle several European giants for his signing.

In addition, the Old Lady have also identified young Argentine striker Julian Alvarez (River Plate) and Benfica’s Darwin Nunez as potential targets.
