Man United Transfer: Cavani decides his future, Kingsley Coman boost, Bailey talks

Edinson Cavani-Manchester United

Edinson Cavani decides his future

Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani has been linked with a move to South American club Boca juniors.

Apparently the Uruguayan international has decided to join the Argentine club at the end of the season.

Cavani is a boyhood fan of Boca Juniors and he has dreamt of playing for the club since he was a kid.

As per reports, the player is willing to take a pay cut to join the Argentine club and Manchester United plan to hold talks with him over his future soon.

The 34 year old joined the Premier League club on a short term deal until the end of the season and he has managed to score seven goals for the Red Devils so far.

Rio Ferdinand: “Cavani, yes, he’s a good stop-gap but [#mufc need] a centre forward. If people like Erling Haaland or Kylian Mbappe are available, you can’t allow them to go somewhere else and you need to move heaven and earth to get them here.” #udlatest [YT: FIVE]

Kingsley Coman turns down Bayern offer

Meanwhile reported Manchester United target Kingsley Coman has now rejected a contract offer from German champions Bayern Munich.

The 24 year old is highly rated at the German club and Bayern wanted to tie him down to a long term deal. However, the player has turned down the offer and negotiations have been put on hold now.

Manchester United tried to sign the French international last summer and they submitted an offer as well.

It will be interesting to see if Coman’s decision to turn down the offer of a new deal at the German club encourages Manchester United to move for the 24 year old once again this summer.

Leon Bailey interest

Coman is not the only Bundesliga player Manchester United are looking at.

Apparently, the Premier League giants held talks with Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey as well.

The Jamaican has done exceedingly well in the Bundesliga and the likes of Tottenham and AC Milan are thought to be keeping tabs on him as well.

The 23 year old is a massive talent with a bright future ahead of him and it remains to be seen whether Manchester United can lure him to England this summer.
