Barcelona Transfers: Erling Haaland sets a condition ahead of Camp Nou move, Alexis Sanchez linked

Erling Haaland-Borussia Dortmund

Haaland has set a condition before joining Barcelona

Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland has been linked with a move away from the German club for a while now and he has been linked with Spanish giants Barcelona.

The striker’s agent Mino Raiola recently claimed that the player will take the next step in his career by joining one of the top four clubs – Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona or Manchester City.

The Italian agent also confirmed that the player is likely to leave Dortmund at the end of this season.

According to a report via Daily Express, the Norwegian striker has now put forward a condition to the Spanish club before he agrees to join them.

Apparently, Haaland wants to play regular Champions League football and Barcelona will have to finish in the top four if they aspire to sign a player of his calibre in the summer.

The striker will be available for a fee of £68 million due to a clause in his contract which becomes active on the 1st of July and it will be interesting to see if Barcelona are in a position to secure his services.

Alexis Sanchez linked with a return

Meanwhile, the Spanish giants have been linked with an emotional return for Alexis Sanchez who has fallen out of favour at Inter Milan.

According to a report via the Sun, Sanchez could be on his way back to the Spanish club in a swap deal and the transfer is likely to be a loan move.

Barcelona recently signed Luuk de Jong on loan from Sevilla and Inter Milan are keen on signing the Dutchman.

It will be interesting to see if the Italian club can agree on a deal to sign the striker on loan and then send Sanchez to Catalonia next month.

Apparently, Sevilla are open to such a transfer as it would result in the Dutch striker getting more game time in the Italian league.

It is no secret that Barcelona need to improve their attacking options next month and Sanchez could prove to be a useful addition in the short term.

The Chilean international knows the club well and he should be able to settle in quickly and make an immediate impact.
