Leeds United Transfer: White, Benrahma, Wilson, Gelhardt, Gonzalez

Leeds United Transfer Update on Ben White, Said Benrahma, Harry Wilson, Joe Gelhardt, Nicolas Gonzalez, as Marcelo Bielsa looking at future.

Leeds United promoted to Premier League as champions

Leeds secured promotion to the Premier League last month, and they are now looking to add to their squad before the new season starts.

Marcelo Bielsa needs to improve his side in order to cope with the challenges of the Premier League, and Leeds have been linked with a host of new players already.

The Whites are looking to improve their back four, and they have submitted a £22m bid for Ben White. However, Brighton have turned down the offer.

It will be interesting to see if Leeds return with an improved offer for the player in the coming weeks now. White was on loan at Elland Road last season, and he was a key player for them.

Meanwhile, the Whites are keen on adding to their attack as well.

Brentford winger Said Benrahma has been linked with a move to the club. The Algerian scored 17 goals this past season, and he was one of the best players in the Championship.

If Leeds manage to sign him, it would be a coup for them.

Another winger linked with the Whites is Harry Wilson. The Liverpool youngster has no future at Anfield, and he has been linked with a summer move.

Wilson has impressed with Bournemouth this past season, and he could prove to be a useful addition to Bielsa’s side.

Meanwhile, Wigan striker Joe Gelhardt is closing in on the move to Leeds United. The youngster is highly rated around England and is expected to sign for the Whites in the coming days.

Finally, Stuttgart forward Nicolas Gonzalez has been linked with the Whites as well. The 15-goal attacker is rated highly by Bielsa, and it will be interesting to see if the Leeds boss can sign his compatriot this summer.
