Kylian Mbappe could leave PSG if Messi arrives
Liverpool have been linked with PSG ace Kylian Mbappe a while ago, with the player himself stating his desire to play for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
According to reports, The Frenchman could be shown the exit doors should PSG sign Lionel Messi, who has recently left Barcelona.
The 22-year-old has been reportedly pushing for a move away from Parc Des Princes after opting against a new deal with Les Parisiens. Furthermore, Paris Saint-Germain could be forced to sell Mbappe this summer since his contract expires next summer, and they don’t want their prized asset to leave for free.
However, Real Madrid is understood to be leading the race to sign Mbappe, which comes as a huge blow for the Merseyside outfit.
Los Blancos have been long linked with the French World Cup winner while many are citing him as the next Galactico signing.
Reds target Renato Sanches available for £30m
In recent weeks, Lille midfielder Renato Sanches has been gaining interest from Europe’s top clubs, with Liverpool included.
The 23-year-old was a key figure for Lille to win the Ligue 1 last season while he came out as one of the best players in the Portuguese national team that fell short in the round of 16 in Euro 2020.
Now, Lille are reportedly ready to part ways with Sanches and expecting around £30m from his suitors.
The Reds are looking to bring midfield reinforcements in the summer transfer window, and Sanches can be a perfect replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum.
However, Klopp’s side would have to face tough competition from Barcelona, who have also added the Portuguese midfielder to their wishlist.
