Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid will have to pay £103m for Jude Bellingham

Jude Bellingham-Borussia Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham is currently one of the most exciting young prospects in European football. The midfielder has been heavily linked with moving away from the German club.

The likes of Manchester UnitedLiverpool and Real Madrid are all keen on signing the player, and Dortmund have now decided on the price tag for next summer.

The German club are unwilling to sell the midfielder this summer, and his suitors will have to wait until next year to sign the player.

According to a report from Sport Bild via Daily Mail, the midfielder’s suitors will have to pay a fee of around £103 million to sign the prodigious young talent.

Bellingham does not have a release clause in his contract, so the Germans will be able to demand a premium for his services. Furthermore, the midfielder has a contract with the German club until the summer of 2025. Dortmund are under no pressure to cash in on him just yet.

It is no secret that Liverpool and Manchester United desperately need midfield reinforcements right now.

The likes of Jordan Henderson and James Milner are in their twilight years, and Jurgen Klopp will need to find a quality alternative.

At Manchester United, the Red Devils have been linked with several central midfielders in recent weeks, with Frenkie de Jong reportedly a target for them.

Bellingham could improve both teams immensely, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid will have to start planning for a life without the likes of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric as well. They have already signed two talented young midfielders in Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni.

Bellingham could complete their midfield trio for the foreseeable future.

The England international has the potential to develop into a world-class player, and there is no doubt that he could justify the reported £103m price tag in the long run.
