Tanguy Ndombele wants to leave

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is looking to leave the club this month.

The midfielder has fallen down the pecking order at Spurs, and he needs to leave in order to resurrect his career.

The £55 million signing has not managed to hold down a regular starting berth at the London club since his arrival. He struggled to impress the likes of Mauricio Pochettino, Nuno Espirito Santo and Jose Mourinho in the past.

It seems that nothing has changed since the arrival of Antonio Conte either, and the midfielder is better off leaving the Premier League club now.

According to a report from The Athletic, the midfielder has already informed Tottenham that he wants to leave. The senior figures at the club are disappointed with the midfielder’s actions.

The Frenchman was a club-record signing for Tottenham, and it remains to be seen whether they can recoup most of what they paid for him back in 2019.

Barcelona are keen on signing the midfielder, but the Spanish giants are going through a financial crisis right now, and they might not be able to afford his asking price as well as his £200,000 a week wages.

Steven Bergwijn up for sale

Meanwhile, Dutch winger Steven Bergwijn is also expected to leave Tottenham this month. The Premier League club have decided to sell the winger, and several clubs are interested in securing his services.

Ajax have already submitted an offer for the Dutch international, and they want to sign the player permanently this month. Tottenham are yet to accept the offer from Ajax, and it remains to be seen where the player ends up eventually.
