Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
As per reports, the Old Trafford outfit have already started working on a replacement.
Apparently, they are looking to sign Corentin Tolisso as Pogba’s replacement if he moves on in the coming months.
Despite his injury problems, Tolisso has done well for Bayern Munich and he has the talent to do well at Old Trafford as well.
However, Manchester United will find it difficult to tempt the German giants into selling the midfielder.
Bayern Munich paid big money for Tolisso three years ago and he is highly rated at the club. The German outfit turned down loan offers for the player in January.
The 25-year-old will cost a lot of money and Manchester United will have to pay over the odds to sign him.
Bayern will be looking to make a hefty profit on the £37m they paid for Tolisso.
That said, the player’s decision will play a key role in any potential move as well.
If Tolisso doesn’t want to jump ship, United will have to move on to other targets.
Bayern Munich have a better team right now and they are well-equipped to challenge for the top honours. Tolisso has more chances of winning trophies at Bayern.
Manchester United will have to work hard to sell their vision to the player.
The only advantage for the Red Devils is that they can offer him regular first team football. Bayern’s midfield is stocked with talent and Tolisso will struggle to play every game for them.
