Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry has been linked with a move away from the German club this summer.

According to MailChelsea could look to bring him back to England after missing out on the Leeds United winger Raphinha.

The Brazilian was linked with a move to Chelsea, but it seems that he is heading to Barcelona instead.

The Blues need to add more width and pace to their attack, and Gnabry could prove to be a quality addition. The 26-year-old is at the peak of his powers right now, and he would improve Thomas Tuchel’s side in the final third.

Gnabry scored 17 goals and picked up 10 assists across all competitions last season, and he would be an upgrade on the likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi and Hakim Ziyech next season.

The Blues are reportedly looking to sign Raheem Sterling from Manchester City as well, and it seems that they are eyeing a complete revamp of their attack.

Gnabry has played in the Premier League before with Arsenal, and it will be interesting to see if he is keen on a return to England. He was unable to hold down a regular starting berth with the Gunners, and he might be desperate to prove himself in English football this time around.

He has certainly improved a lot since his move to Bayern, and he will arrive as a player who has proven himself in the Bundesliga and the Champions League.

Chelsea must improve their attacking options to challenge the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool next season, and signing someone like Gnabry would be a wise decision.

Also, the German is likely to cost less than Raphinha because of his contract situation. He has one year left on his current deal at the Allianz Arena.
