Salah is one of the best players in the world and he is undoubtedly the most consistent performer at Liverpool right now.

He has been the top scorer of the club in every season since joining them from Roma and he deserves a lucrative contract.

The Reds have been quick to tie down the future of their key players this summer and they have already agreed on new deals with Virgil van Dijk, Alisson Becker, Trent Alexander Arnold and Fabinho.

Tying down Mohamed Salah to a new deal should be the top priority for the club hierarchy and it will be interesting to see if the two parties can reach an agreement soon.
