PSG relying on super-agent Mino Raiola to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba- Manchester United

The wantaway French midfielder has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

PSG are understood to be targeting Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, with reports stating he is looking for an exit this summer.

United could be forced to sell their record signing this summer if they fail to extend his contract, which runs out in the summer of 2022, meaning that he would become a free agent by that time.

The Red Devils, as reported earlier, were ready to sell Pogba for £50m, to which PSG’s reply was £5m short.

Now, according to new reports, the Premier League side would at least want £63m for their star midfielder, but PSG are not ready to increase their offer.

Hence, Les Parisiens are devising a new strategy to get their hands at Pogba, which is using the influence of his agent Mino Raiola.

Raiola, who also represents Pogba, has a handful of clients in the French capital – Gianluigi Donnarumma and Marco Verratti.

PSG have great ties with Raiola, and now they want him to facilitate the transfer of Pogba to Ligue 1.

Les Parisiens believes that Raiola can help convince Man Utd to lower the French World Cup winner fee.

PSG has done great business in the ongoing transfer window so far, bringing in Sergio Ramos, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Georginio Wijnaldum, with all of them arriving as free agents.

They are not done with it as Pogba remains a priority to bolster their midfield ranks.

Elsewhere, United have been linked with a handful of midfielders like Eduardo Camavinga, Saul Niguez and Leon Goretzka and all are alleged to be potential replacements for Pogba.
