Juventus and Bayern Munich keen on Gabriel Jesus

Gabriel Jesus-Manchester City

Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus is thought to be a target for Italian giants Juventus.

According to reports, Manchester City could sacrifice the Brazilian international in order to sign a top-class goal scorer and the Italian outfit will look to swoop in for the Premier League forward.

It is no secret that Juventus need to improve their attacking options after the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gabriel Jesus could prove to be a quality long term addition for them.

However, the Italian outfit will have to fend off competition from German champions Bayern Munich if they want to sign the Brazilian attacker.

Apparently, the Bavarian giants are looking at Jesus as a potential long term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish international striker is in his twilight years and Bayern will have to start planning for life after him.

Jesus has certainly proven his quality in the Premier League with Manchester City and there is no doubt that he has the potential to succeed in the Italian league as well as the Bundesliga.

It will be interesting to see where he ends up eventually.

Manchester City were heavily linked with a move for Harry Kane during the summer transfer window but the Premier League champions failed to sign the England international.

It is no surprise that they are looking to bring in a quality goal scorer who can replace Sergio Aguero’s contribution in the side.

The likes of Mahrez, Jesus, Torres and Sterling are all quality attacking players but neither of them are specialist goal scorers and Guardiola needs to replace Aguero goals.
